Within the framework of the project, a digital platform based on artificial intelligence will be developed to handle the processing of educational content, learning support, and compliance administration related to dual education in an integrated and automated manner. The central element of the system is a closed knowledge-base AI assistant built on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, which is capable of generating natural language answers, asking follow-up questions, creating quizzes, and providing detailed student analytics based exclusively on the course curriculum.
Beyond supporting learning, the platform's unique strength is its built-in compliance module, which automatically documents every step of the training process. The system is capable of automatically generating completion logs, attendance sheets, certificates, and auditable administrative reports. These documents are stored with time stamps, student and course IDs, making them fully searchable for any regulatory or internal audit. The compliance module is tightly integrated with learning support: for example, a successful quiz automatically generates a certificate that is logged, while the system warns of missing mandatory modules. A key consideration during development is the cloud-based SaaS architecture, which allows micro and small enterprises to connect to the system without any IT investment. The platform can be used entirely from a browser, with no need for local servers, installation, or maintenance.
